   We do not operate as a travel agency or airline; we act as an intermediary consultant to assist clients in making informed travel decisions and facilitating bookings through relevant airline partners and travel suppliers.

3. Services Provided
   Sky Alliance Travel offers:

• B2B and B2C flight bookings

• Group travel management

• Airline support and travel coordination services
  Our services are available across the USA, Canada, and Europe.

4. Booking and Payment
   All bookings must be made using accurate passenger details. Payments are processed securely through licensed third-party payment processors. Sky Alliance Travel does not store sensitive payment information such as full card numbers or CVV details.

5. Prices & Fees
   Prices are quoted inclusive of applicable taxes and fees at the time of booking. We reserve the right to revise pricing or correct any errors. Service fees charged by Sky Alliance Travel are separate from airline fares and may vary.

6. Changes, Cancellations, and Refunds
   Changes, cancellations, and refunds are governed by the fare rules of the respective airlines.

• Refund eligibility depends solely on airline policy.

• Service and consulting fees charged by Sky Alliance Travel are non-refundable once ticketing or advisory work is completed.

7. Travel Documents & Client Responsibility
   Clients are responsible for ensuring they possess valid passports, visas, health documents, and any other travel authorizations.
   Sky Alliance Travel is not responsible for boarding denials, visa rejections, or failure to meet entry requirements.

8. Limitation of Liability
   Sky Alliance Travel is not liable for losses arising from:

• Airline cancellations, delays, or schedule changes

• Force majeure events

• Errors caused by airlines or third-party service providers
  Our liability is strictly limited to the value of the consulting or service fees paid to us.

9. Intellectual Property
   All website content (text, graphics, images, and branding) is the property of Sky Alliance Travel. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

10. User Conduct
    You agree not to engage in fraudulent, abusive, unlawful, or unauthorized activity while using our website or services.
