3. Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • Service Fees:
    All service and consulting fees charged by Sky Alliance Travel are non-refundable once consulting or booking work has begun.

  • Refund Eligibility Before Work Begins:
    If no advisory, research, booking, or processing work has started, a refund for service fees may be requested within 24 hours of payment.

  • Airline Tickets & Third-Party Services:
    Refunds related to airline tickets, fare differences, schedule changes, or cancellations are subject strictly to the airline’s fare rules and policies.

    • Some tickets may be refundable, partially refundable, or non-refundable depending on the fare class purchased.

    • Airline-approved refunds or travel credits are issued based on airline timelines, typically 7 to 30 business days (but may take longer depending on airline processing).

  • Non-Refundable Items Include:

    • Service and consulting fees charged by Sky Alliance Travel

    • Ticketing and re-issuance fees

    • Any fees charged after work has commenced

  • Client Responsibility:
    Customers must review airline fare rules before confirming a booking. Sky Alliance Travel is not responsible for airline policy decisions or processing delays.
